
If you are one of L&Q’s 2,000 leaseholders, this section is for you. We have a dedicated team to serve you and make sure your questions are answered. Our leasehold manager, Cahal McDonnell, leads a team who are experts on issues that affect you including service charges, repairs, communal areas, communicating with you, or dealing with complaints.
As well as the central team looking after leaseholders, L&Q’s maintenance staff are at the end of a phone (or an e-mail) to help with any enquiries about repairs or planned improvements.
