Influence our services

L&Q's most important customers are you - our residents - so it is vital that we work closely with you in order to continuously improve and enhance the services we provide.

Earlier this year, we carried out a review of our resident involvement services with the Resident Panel, members of the Resident Board and L&Q staff to make sure we are offering a variety of interesting, accessible and rewarding ways for everyone to get involved.

The general opinion was that the involvement activities offered by L&Q are still up-to-date and reflect the most common and popular ways of getting involved, but we have amended our ten ways to get involved slightly to take account of our new governance structure.

Resident's training programme

To help residents take maximum advantage of all the involvement opportunities, L&Q has a well-developed training programme which is open to everyone and offers a broad range of courses. The feedback from residents who have already taken part in these training courses has been very positive.
