Regional Forums

Resident representatives have established resident forums at the regional level so that they can meet with L&Q staff and discuss their concerns about services.

Each forum meets four times a year to give residents a voice and provide the opportunity to influence decisions about housing services, to learn about new housing ideas and comment on them and to develop dialogue with L&Q staff.

According to Derek Brown, a resident representative in Richmond: "The forum is a great opportunity to meet other residents and share their views. Now that it's taken off in our area we have been able to meet with L&Q staff and raise a number of issues that are important to tenants."
