The whole world will be focusing on Stratford over the coming years and property prices in the area are likely to rise. L&Q is working with Newham Council to address this by building affordable, yet high quality homes. We are creating a mixed community which will reflect Newham’s vibrant diversity. L&Q hopes these new affordable homes will mean people who grew up in Stratford can remain there and enjoy a ringside seat to the area’s renaissance.”Cheque presentation
