Growing Up Report

The largest Housing Associations, such as London and Quadrant, have important natural advantages, but they have to use their advantages to best effect to deliver powerfully for customers, local partners and the government.

In 2005, we established a commission to examine the implications for the housing sector and its main stakeholders of the rapid growth in the size of the largest housing associations - those with more than 25,000 homes.

The Growing Up report is the final report of this commission.
