At L&Q, we help our residents to develop skills, take up vocational training and enter employment.

We see this as a vital way to invest in local neighbourhoods and communities.

We generate opportunities for local people to improve their livelihoods. By doing this, we help to create genuinely thriving communities that can work together both now and in the future.

We think that communities with a range of household incomes, and a mix of tenants, home-owners and shared owners will provide more choices in life for all residents.

We also ensure that our development and maintenance partners create training and employment opportunities for local people when we build, regenerate and maintain homes.
