Now that more and more residents have access to the internet we are very keen to offer more services through our website.
We have recently updated and improved the ‘report a repair’ section. Residents complete a simple online form giving us brief details of the repair needed. One of our staff will ring them back to make an appointment, if necessary, and provide an order number. Residents can then use this order number to track the progress of the repair in the online ‘chase a repair’ section.
