Community development

L&Q aims to work with our residents to develop a sense of community in all our neighbourhoods.

We do this by:

• listening to our residents, to find out about local needs
• helping individuals to achieve their full potential, by encouraging people to make the best use of local services
• training our residents and offering small grants, to set-up and maintain local community projects

Working directly with our residents gives us a chance to find out exactly how and where we can improve the standard of our services. This helps us to take the lead in strengthening our neighbourhoods.
