The Beaumont estate in Leyton, East London

L&Q is delivering a major, ongoing multi-million pound regeneration scheme at the Beaumont estate in Leyton.

Development of the previously mono-tenure Beaumont estate includes the refurbishment of existing homes in smaller blocks. We have also demolished two of the unpopular tower blocks to create space for two new landscaped squares and new affordable homes for our residents.
