L&Q Direct Launched

LQ direct flyer L&Q is simplifying and enhancing our service to residents by introducing one central contact point called L&Q Direct.

L&Q Direct will make things simpler for our customers, who will be able to call the same freephone number 0800 015 6536 for all enquiries.
If you are calling from a mobile phone you may find it cheaper to dial 0208 308 6096 which will put you through to the same team.

Advisors taking calls will deal with enquiries about:

  • repairs
  • rent
  • service charges
  • tenancies
  • anti-social behaviour
  • complaints
  • leasehold issues

They will refer more complex enquiries to specialists such as tenancy services officers.

L&Q Supported Living residents will still need to contact their housing officer with any tenancy enquiries.

L&Q Direct has been introduced in response to residents asking for a simpler, quicker and more enhanced service from L&Q. Your call can be routed to any part of the organisation and the information you require can be accessed quickly and accurately by our dedicated staff.
