Online exclusive - London housing associations publish manifesto

L&Q are part of the G15, a group of London housing associations who are working together to build diverse and sustainable communities. The G15 work closely with central, regional and local government; with private and voluntary partners; and with residents to improve the quality of life for Londoners.

The G15 has recently published its latest manifesto titled The G15 Blueprint for the Future in which it calls for housing associations to take the lead on housing development, until confidence returns to the house building market as they have the skills, appetite and the financial strength to deliver government targets.
