L&Q Development wins RIBA Regional Award

The best new buildings in Britain were recently announced through the annual RIBA Regional Awards.

The First Base development Adelaide Wharf in Shoreditch was among the London winners in the ‘Mixed Use’ category. The L&Q home ownership team worked in partnership with First Base throughout the development of the scheme advising on strategies for sales and marketing, facilities management and design considerations. L&Q has been appointed by First Base to deliver facilities management services on an ongoing basis for all 147 homes at Adelaide Wharf.
