The Stratford Eye in Newham, East London

L&Q’s flagship development, the Stratford Eye, overlooking the East London Olympic site, was completed in early 2008.

• 49 affordable rented homes
• 49 shared ownership homes for key workers and local residents
• 62 apartments for outright sale (in the 19-storey tower)
• A new office for some of L&Q’s north London staff
