
L&Q residents recently helped choose contractors to deliver kitchen, bathroom and electrical upgrades over the next four years.
Resident representatives joined L&Q managers to grill 18 prospective contractors. Their questions covered everything from how the companies notify residents about works to how they deal with complaints.
The appointed contractors will help bring L&Q properties up to Decent Homes standards. The four-year contract means improved purchasing power and better value for money. It will also mean more consistent quality and greater resident satisfaction.
