The site lies within an established residential area containing a large proportion of Victorian terraces and post-war housing approx. 300 yards from Penge shopping parade and town centre. This excellent location is further complimented by the fact that East Penge railway station is half a mile away.

The site will provide 51 flats, 39 for shared ownership and 12 for general needs affordable rent, including one fully equipped wheelchair unit. Due to the high proportion of shared ownership the development is being led by L&Q subsidiary Tower Homes.
