North Cray School

The development is in Davies Way / Chambers Avenue, Sidcup, Kent.

The new homes are being built, with L&Q working in close partnership with Bexley Council, to deliver a range of new affordable homes on the disused site of the former North Cray Primary School. This abuts L&Q’s existing Bedensfield Estate.

When complete there will be 61 homes for rent and 42 for part-buy-part-rent, the later being increased at the request of the council.

34 homes have already been handed over with residents displaying a high level of satisfaction. Completion is programmed for April 2008.
